She may be best remembered for her debut single and trademark song "Delta Dawn," which went to number 6 on the country charts. Tucker released the song at the age of 13; she became the youngest singer to have a major hit song on the Country charts. Since the song's release, Tucker had major hit songs for the next two decades, and into the 1990s.

The Vice
"The Vice" was originally titled "He's In Paradise With A Pair Of Dice,” and when I recorded in 30 years ago, people assumed it was a corny novelty song. But I knew there was something special about it and decided to re-record it for my latest album, "Miles and Memories.."
The updated version brings out the beauty and the emotion of the song, which tells the story of a professional gambler, who gave up love and family for a life on the road.

No Better Days
Everybody has that one friend who they lost touch with but will never forget. This is my story about my longtime best friend, who is no longer a part of my life. I still think about her all the time and re-live our incredible experiences back in the 1970s and 80s, of which there were "No Better Days."more
